José VAHL

José, a Dutch national, has accumulated over two decades of experience in project initiation, implementation, and impact and evaluation research, encompassing qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Her expertise notably extends to longitudinal research, including diaries, with a keen interest in topics around women’s economic development, youth employment, MSME and livelihoods development, smallholders, value chain research, and digital payments, particularly among low-income groups. She has served in roles ranging from research leadership to country director level for implementation. José holds a Master's degree in Agriculture from Agricultural University Wageningen, The Netherlands (1992)

Dr. OUM Chan Mono

Dr. OUM has been a lead and a co-led consultant, working on and supporting a wide range of research projects for national and subnational governments, international organisations, and development partners such as Australian Award Cambodia, Asian Development Bank, CAVAC, CARITAS Australia, DFAT, JICA, IOM, UNDP, UNOPS, and USAID. He equips with strong technical and analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with a particular emphasis on empirical modelling, impact evaluation, and a large-scale survey management.

 

Dr. Oum holds a Ph.D. in economics program at the University of Waikato in New Zealand and a MSc in applied economics (public policy) from the University of Adelaide, Australia. His primary research interests are labour economics, economic growth and development, microcredit, migration, and remittances.

Pisidh VOE

Mr. Pisidh is a highly accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the research and development sector. He has worked with various organizations, including higher education institutes, local and international NGOs, and research consulting firms. His expertise lies in research design, data management and analysis, and reporting. Mr. Pisidh has played a pivotal role in driving impactful research projects that have helped organizations make informed decisions and achieve their objectives throughout his career. Moreover, Pisidh is an independent researcher who has been working with research teams in Southeast Asian countries for almost five years. He has contributed to many international publications on food safety, livelihood, food security, and climate change in the context of Southeast Asia. Mr. Pisidh holds a master's in Rural Economics and Sociology from the University of Liège (2010).
